Polls: total votes

The proposal is very simple - I believe that it is worthwhile to derive the total number of habrayuser who voted in this or that survey.

It may be worthwhile to list them by name, without logging the answer of each of them, or, say, as in the ratings on the “Ezhe-list”, only show the list of the last voters of the time period.
