Turning AMD Phenom II X3 720 into a quad core
Successfully completed the experiment to unlock the fourth core of this processor.
The study of manes and only two experiments showed that to enable the fourth core, you just need to change the Advanced Clock Calibration (ACC) value in All BIOS to All Cores and set it to -6% (if you don’t have a ride, you can try from -12 to +12). Plus, I picked some more settings for the multipliers.
As a result, working 4 cores, stable system. Above 50 degrees, the percent has never heated up even under load (I tried SuperPI).
As a result, I advise everyone who has developed such a percentage, there is no danger, if the setting is unsuccessful, we simply reset the BIOS to the optimal configuration.
