Inside the clouds

Gizmodo published photos , at first glance, taken from some fantastic films. But in fact, these are photos taken inside one of the huge Microsoft data centers of 700,000 square meters. feet and an estimated capacity of 60 megawatts.



These data centers are extremely secret objects, as they are intended for storing user data in the Azure cloud service. Therefore, materials about them are extremely rare.

Today, Microsoft has at least three or four such huge data processing and storage centers. However, the company plans to increase their number from 10 to 100, apparently, depending on the needs of business and consumers.
