At the end of the month, all owners of water meters are obliged to provide information on water consumption to the district administration information system. Previously, this had to be done by filling out a special form and “lowering” it in a box in the housing office. But what about Evdokia Orleonovna? She is 8 months a year living in the country? But what about wheelchair users, bedridden and just elderly people who have difficulty moving around? Having asked this question, the specialists from the State Institution of Information Systems opened a hot telephone line through which they could take their water flow readings, but they did not stop there either ...

Now on the official website of the state institution "Engineering Services" of Moscow (State Administration "IS") www.epd.ru anyone can take the readings of water meters through the "Personal Account".

Also in the Personal Account, you can print the "ENP" - a single payment document for any month of interest. This is in case you have not received or lost it.
