The president said: “We will build this center in the place where we have a good start in order to do this quickly. Speed is special. Therefore, we will build it in Skolkovo. ”
The place is not bad, but confused by the fact that "speed has a special meaning." I do not want to find fault, however, not only because speed is of great importance. On April 1, according to available information, the best project for the improvement of the city will also be selected. Unfortunately, it is not known what will be there. It is also not clear who he will be settled.
