Buy hosting or set your server?

My first post and here for what reason.
Our company develops websites and is owned by a mega-holding. And this holding decided to create a mega-news portal. Ideally, in a year this portal should become the main online media in the federal district. That's it.
Naturally, there was a question with hosting. The fact is that before I was freelancing and the projects were not very big. So I had enough hosting from sweb.ru.

But this project is clearly not enough.
Should I look for something or should I put my server?
