Today, going to your site was terribly annoyed by the unpleasantly long download thereof. I remember there was something similar, but after optimization, we achieved a reduction in the load on the server and, accordingly, an increase in the download speed.
Everything was going fine, until today. Today again faced the brakes. Going to the hosting control panel found this unpleasant picture

Hosting provider without warning reduced the amount of allocated memory from 500 mb to 128 mb. in consequence of which, the muscle simply began to choke on the number of requests and, accordingly, the whole site began to shamelessly slow down.
Work to reduce the load is already underway, but in connection with the latest events around the hoster and its policies, the question arose about the urgent change of the latter.
I would like to hear from the competent public council, to which hosting provider it is better to go to, as well as to hear both subjective and objective arguments in favor of the recommended hosts.
Requirements to the host:
MySQL databases - from 5
Sites - from 5
Access - SSH, FTP
Memory count -> 350 mb
Number of processes -> from 25
The desire to spend money per month - up to 1,500 rubles.
Place on HDD - from 4 Gb
Adequate technical support
