Many companies are faced with the problem of selecting a new team for a project, and many people know how it is not easy now to find a really strong team with work experience capable of effectively solving the set tasks.
However, there are happy coincidences - a ready-made team is looking for a company itself. Why?
So. We are looking for a company with an interesting project in the field of Internet technologies, ready to accept on good conditions a well-developed team of professionals with experience in developing projects with high attendance.
The team has its own groundwork (framework) in the field of high loads, an adjusted process for the production of software products from planning, design to testing and formal assessments of the quality of development.
And how did it happen that such a team was completely on the market of applicants?
Yes, everything is simple. It so happened that I put together a good team in a new startup (not my startup). I have been working as an Internet development manager for over 7 years,
and in this new project I managed to pull out one of my best colleagues (from different companies), so to speak from the “familiar” places.
At a start-up, before it started, the funding was over. As a result, I feel a certain burden of responsibility for these guys.
And he decided why he would not share with the community, in which there are many representatives of companies that need a good team.

The team consists of 3 people: a head-team leader + two developers, development experience in PHP, JavaScript, MYSQL, Postgres, JAVA, C. The fourth is a flasher, did not have time to switch.
