Why Habra Barbados

I’m looking for a job search and a list of all countries of the world is falling out (more than 127). So why Habra Barbados? - if there is no work there, and no one is looking for it?

let's leave three to five topical countries: Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus and make the category “other”.
It is almost the same in the region, why should I work in a programmer in Botitogorsk (if it was not there and never will be) if I am looking for it in St. Petersburg.
