The central bank will put WM and poison under "normal supervision"

Russian Deputy Finance Minister Alexei Savatyugin spoke on this topic yesterday and he specifically made it clear that Webmoney and Yandex.Money had grown to too high turnovers (9 and 8 billion rubles a year, respectively), and the state cannot leave such a market without oversight.
Webmoney and Yandex.Money control 90% of the entire Russian Internet payment market. And if Qiwi terminals and SMS payments are added to them, then the entire electronic payments market in 2010 could double to 80 billion rubles.
