Money, money, rubbish ...

He went to work and thought about the thesis "Money becomes obsolete."
The main thesis: attention cannot be bought, and in the Infosphere attention is the main thing.

And in fact. In Infosphere one cannot buy attention for money. Understandably, you can "pour" a lot of money into promotion and get some surge in attention to your resource, but this is not for long. Then the wave comes off, there remains some "core" of those interested. And it thins out due to the efforts of competitors.

In Infosphere, you can't buy good content for money. Just because a lot of people already believe that content should be free (by the word “content” I mean not only the information blocks of the file type, but also services).
The installation is: “The network is great, and you can always search for the same thing, but for nothing. A ride - fine, not a ride - well, let's wait ... Anyway, sooner or later it will appear. ” Evidence of this is the statements of my friends, as well as the analysis of articles of the budgets of the companies issuing content. Year by year, the amounts allocated to protect content from unauthorized access are growing, and this trend is gaining momentum.
')
And, as you can see, those who give content for free are gradually beginning to win. What do they earn? On the flow of attention based on the usefulness of this content (fun from him, or interesting, or convenient ...).
Convert this attention into cash flow and direct it to purchase other utilities.
However, the conversion of all attention into money and then back into usefulness — the work of content production services — raises doubts about its adequacy: the cost of conversion is rather high.

It turns out that a competent service can convert attention directly into a product. For example, the same Habrahabr may, for the provision of certain services, require a charge from karma ... or from a counter of visits ... something like. Want to access some data? - show that the flow of attention to you is high => you will be able to dispose of the data obtained for the benefit of both Habrahabr and yourself.

Thus, the concept of “unlimited consumption”, which emerged in the middle of the past (XX) century, is transformed into the concept of achtungerting (attention conversion). Managing the flow of attention (because the giant flow is also overcrowded - “I need a vacation!”) Receives the necessary resources. Part of which, by the way, is still quite acceptable to convert into money - once the “old” money, the economy is still working.

These are the thoughts.
Thank you in advance for the constructive comments! :)
