Considering that the last few weeks I have been quite tense and the next few months promise not to give up in terms of workload, I thought about organizing my time in order to increase my productivity and try not to forget about my personal life. To do this, it was necessary to keep all the planned tasks and events / meetings in one place and be able to make the necessary adjustments to the plan of my actions with updating it on other devices that I use in my work. I have two Macs on my farm; iPhone, with which I spend most of my work time; several workstations running Ubuntu, which are run by my colleagues and three google calendars, among which one is my personal one.
So, actually, the task is to make sure that all three calendars are always at hand, no matter what device I use to make adjustments to the plan and that the changes made are updated on other devices without my intervention + two workers calendar should be available to view my colleagues.

Customize Google CalendarFirst you need to prepare your own Google Calendar. I will not go into details, focusing only on what I needed. So, for starters, I changed the default alert settings. This was done because when I create a new event in iCal (the program I use most often since poppies are my main work machines), the settings of Google Calendar are tightened. Also, Google Calendar has the ability to notify when an upcoming event is approaching via SMS (to enable this feature, you must confirm your phone number). These options are in Settings -> Calendars -> Alerts. After that, if you want to share your calendar with your colleagues and friends, you need to go to Settings -> Calendars -> Calendar username -> Share this calendar.

With google calendar settings like everything. Now let's move on to setting up the iPhone.
IPhone setupI use the iPhone without Jailbreak so we will not use something out of the ordinary, we will restrict ourselves to the functionality of the standard iCal. So, open Settings -> Mail, contacts, calendars -> Add account -> Other -> Calendars -> Add CalDAV entry.

Next, make a simple account setup. Server:
www.google.com; username: username; password: username password; Description: at discretion. Is done. Now you will see the “Calendars” button in iCal by clicking on which you can view the list of calendars that are on your phone.

ICal setupLet's move on to setting up iCal on a poppy. There is absolutely nothing complicated here, as Apple has taken care that users can easily subscribe to the Google Calendar. To do this, you need to perform several simple manipulations, namely. In the iCal settings, select the “Accounts” tab and with a firm hand, add a new account.

Next, select the account type: Google, mailing address: username@gmail.com, password: username password and click the "Create" button. After that, the calendar that we have created for username will appear in the calendar list.

Calendar is ready to go. Repeat the operation for other calendars that you need to add on your own. And finally, go to the last point of the configuration process - the addition of Google Calendar in Evolution.
Evolution SetupIn fact, for me, with some experience, setting up the Evolution turned out to be the easiest and most intuitive process as it is not strange. So, we launch that Evolution and we select a calendar. Press the button "Create" and select the ptsnkt "Calendar."

Next, select the type of "Google" and enter the user name: username@gmail.com and name the calendar at its discretion.

After these manipulations, a smart program will ask you to enter a password.

Well, that's all. Now on your desktop / laptop with Ubuntu there is a calendar that directly pulls up events from Google Calendar.

So, after all the above actions, you get yourself a fairly effective means of managing your time.
PS From pleasant bonuses for me personally, it can be noted that changing the color of the calendar in iCal on your Mac changes the color on all other devices to which the calendar used is connected. A good tool for the visual separation of events, if you have a number of calendars synchronized right away like mine. I would be grateful to the habrovans who already have experience using such tools to manage their own tasks and time if they share ways to improve the above scheme because I have practically no time for that. I would also appreciate constructive criticism.
