Hello! Today I will talk about one small company, it is called Microsoft.
And the tale begins like this:
Once, in the big-big Internet, there was one notable site about technologies - techdays.ru and Microsoft decided to hold a contest, and held. Opened the page: http://web.techdays.ru , published the rules and - here it all started.
And nothing would have happened, and our Hero would not have known about the contest, but in the big-big internet there is twitter, and there, behind the clouds, behind different tweets, wrote Gaidar Magdanurov ( http://twitter.com/gaidar ).
And our hero decided, why not? And he went a long way to the site. And he learned that you just need to register your site with your IP address. But the site is not easy, but “golden”: it should be on Windows Server 2008 and Internet Information Services. And yet - it should work and function properly! Our Hero thought, thought, and came up with: after all, the site that he does in his university, this is how it works. That is registered.
Registered and forgotten. And I went to the far-far Internet to the farthest server ... And then, then he met a tweet on the Internet: it was rumored that there was a winner, a LAPTOP to which Microsoft promised. And he decided to check - who is this? Our Hero looks at the list of winners, and there, in front of the laptop - his site is written. Lucky Hero, chose his great Random and dawned on his blessing! Well, soon the fairy tale affects, but it is not done soon. The Hero did not believe that they would give a laptop. He began writing letters to the organizers at Microsoft, asking for a laptop to show him. And Microsoft answers him: I have not one for you, but three laptops to choose from. But look do not make a mistake - you can only choose once! The hero chose, but did not choose. Not to me, he says, your Microsoft models, and any machine from Hewlett Packard to me - I think about it only! Microsoft responds to our Hero: “Be it your way, wait for the promise ...” And so, on one beautifully festive Friday day, our dream hero was brought to him by his dream. Straight to work, brand new, and still not unpacked.
The moral of this story is: Miracles have a place to be. And the victory in contests, competitions and sweepstakes is as real as the traffic jams in Moscow. However, in order for you to be lucky - you must at least take part!
