Hate beam wire

Do you hate wires the way I hate them?

I now have a nettop at home - a little neat, standing under the monitor, does not bother anyone. But this bunch of cords just kills ...

')
Starting from a one and a half meter long “sistemnik-monitor” hanging at the table and confused periodically in the legs and ending with mini- and micro-usb for a phone / fotik / reader, which are usually too lazy to turn off / remove and that are always lying on the table.

In short, something had to be done with this ... And preferably from scrap materials.

Traffic.

Initial data: pieces of plywood left after repair and adhesive wallpapers (I don’t know how to call them correctly), sandpaper, ruler / pencil, screws / nails, putty (optional).

We mark the plywood and ask the “specially trained person” with an electric jigsaw to cut the blanks. Of course, for most readers Habr is not a problem to do it yourself, but I decided not to risk it. But my hands remember everything else, my various lessons from the times of a difficult childhood allowed me to do it without help.

Carefully file a sandpaper edge and unevenness.

We collect the design. In my case, screws (small nails were not at hand then), which is not good, because they turned out to be too big hats. If at the joints there are dips - leveling putty. Pasting oilcloth.

With the help of two small nails do the "door".

Gently hide all the wires. Those that are needed for everyday use are closer to the door.

Actually the result. If you need to connect something, with a slight movement of the hand we get the necessary wire. And, most importantly, just as quickly remove it.

It is hoped that all cables are well shielded and do not interfere with each other. But while problems (pah-pah, tap-tap) was not.

For ordinary sistemnikov this is probably hardly applicable, but suddenly some of the nettop owners will come in handy.
By the way, is my asrock's review of someone interesting?
