How big should a company be for competent people to work?
Let's look at companies where this is not enough.

LG

LG TV 32LF2510, june 2009, Russia
It is clear that the smaller the company, the more obligations are raised for each employee: the sysadmin orders stickers before installing the rack, and the programmer completes the firmware into the TV at night before the deadline. But after all, every employee of the company went through the personnel department and at least filled out an application for employment (it seems to be without errors, otherwise they wouldn’t have accepted it).
But where does the quality control service look? Does LG have it? Okay about Yota, few people will see this rack, but the company personally, in my eyes, sank to the plinth.
