Yandex is looking for a satellite map of Moscow
Yandex launched a search on the satellite map of Moscow and the Moscow region. In the “Satellite” section of Yandex.Maps, a user can see how, for example, the roof of his house looks from space. Motorists with the help of the service can inquire about the situation on the roads (traffic jams are illustrated as well as on the graphic cards “Yandex”).
“You can find other interesting objects,” reports Yandex, offering to take a look at the monument to Peter and the shadow he casts, found at the request of Bersenevskaya 2.
In addition to the “Satellite”, the “Hybrid” mode was introduced - the found satellite images are displayed with the name of streets and building numbers. With all the new modes, all the usual Yandex.Maps tools work. So, right on the satellite image, you can measure in meters the distance from the dacha village to the nearest river, put a dot with your own description.
