VOIP phone Voxtel Access 1500
It was necessary to somehow buy an inexpensive tube for Skype. At first I thought to take something from cheap wired, but they disappeared somewhere from the sale from us. While wandering around the shops, in Svyaznoy I saw the Voxtel Access 1500 - a wireless USB / DECT phone. At a price of 500 rubles, it looks good against the background of cheap USB-tubes, so I bought it without talking - even if it turns out to be rubbish like a Skype phone, you can always use it as a regular tube for a city phone.
I will not overload the post with pictures if I want to look at a full review on the Mobile-Review. There are many pictures (and generally I advise you to read). And I just describe my impressions, advantages and disadvantages.

When connected, Windows XP perceives it as a Cordless USB Phone, it installs the driver itself, Skype automatically offers to pick it up as a default device. But it does not start working until you put the program from the supplied disk.
After that, the phone starts to display a list of contacts from Skype under a separate key (regardless of the phone book of the handset itself).
The sound quality when calling on Skype is good, while calling to landline phones is worse, but you can live.
I didn’t check simultaneous work on the city line and skype - I don’t have a home phone.
It is powered by two AAA batteries. For me, this is convenient, because there are plenty of such batteries at home, and they charge in 15 minutes - you can not charge the phone through the base. Anyway, pick up the base to your home file storage and start Skype there (I have Server2003 there), and keep the phone in the kitchen, and just replace the batteries with another pair.
Advantages :
Works. :)
Very cheap. The closest competitor (wireless skype handset) in our area costs about 3,500.
Takes significantly further wifi.
Convenient (for me) battery format.
By the base you can pick up three more conventional DECT-tube (not tried).
Disadvantages :
No screen backlighting. In the twilight nothing is visible.
Works only with Windows XP. Drivers for whists and sevens still do not.
It is not universal - it only fully works with Skype, and only through its program (otherwise it is not possible to use the Skype phone book).
Does not display Skype names of fixed phones in the phone book. Just write the phone number and the word "SkypeOut". For Skype contacts he writes a name (login) and status in Skype.
In general, for your money - a worthy purchase, if you need a phone for Skype under XP. Alternative to USB-tubes for 300-400 rubles.
If you want to use other programs for IP-telephony or another OS - it is better to buy something else.
