Fleece Scroll Bar

Scrollbars in some programs are made completely invisible. You have to look closely instead of just working !
A good example of this is the Google Chrome browser (as the scroll bar should not look like) and the clementine-player audio player (as I would like to see).
It is clear that much depends on the GTK / Qt theme in the system, but at least with the standard theme everything should look distinct, so as not to strain your eyes once more in search of a slider.
