Professionals dealing with telephone switching systems are well aware of the problems with program management of modern electronic PBXs. It is not always possible to pay for high-quality switching systems, because you have to use cheaper options.
One of such examples is the electronic telephone station of a Ukrainian factory located in the city of Kharkov. The switching system of the EU-11 type is widely spread throughout Ukraine throughout the territory of all regions, both among Ukrtelecom’s ATS and in private offices and large enterprises.
The configuration of the switching system makes it possible to receive both the terminal station and the reference-transit one. Almost everyone who exploits the PBX of this type, faced with the same problems. The main one is a significant lag of software from the element base and electronic filling. The software company deals with the Lviv company, because the introduction of new programs is very slow. Without actual upgrading of TEZs, software versions are changed from one version to another, which negatively affects the workload of the processors, the stations are malfunctioning.
Malfunctions in the stations are not noticeable to staff with low qualifications, but with an additional program for monitoring the operation of the station, you can notice peaks and dips in the processors' load of the control complex.
We have found the optimal solution to this problem. The main mistake of the majority of programmers involved in the registration of types of sets, internal and external numbering is too complex an approach to the analysis of numbers. The size of the number parsing file often exceeds 85 percent of the maximum file size allowed by the station's memory, which greatly affects the workload of the control processors. By reducing the file size to 70 percent, we reduced the peak time six times!

Parsing numbers can be carried out both in the dietary supplement and in the CCL. Here you should choose the best option, sets that do not have differences for different dietary supplements, you need to parse only in the CCU, and do not duplicate them in the dietary supplements, that is, release the set on the first or second digit in the CCL. By this we reduce the number parsing files.
Another important point. During long-term operation, errors accumulate in the program that are not visible from the signaling but increase the number of cases when the connection to the subscriber fails, although the acoustic signal "CWP" exists. In this case, the easiest way is to periodically (once a month) clean the TECs by pressing the “reset” button.
The most convenient version in the work of META-TG, this version allows you to carry out a program change in the "hot" mode, without interrupting the work of the station, as it was in older versions (about 5 minutes).
