This is due to the fact that they hold hands starting from the shoulder blades in the body and ending with fingers - and because of this when we sit at the table they are constantly tense. In order to stretch them and give a flow of blood you need:

1) Arrange the arms to the sides and raise and lower them up and down with the maximum amplitude - 20 times;
2) Arms spread to the sides - rotate them clockwise and counterclockwise - 20 times in each direction. The amplitude of rotation is 40-50 cm.
