Group Development - How did you organize yours? (SVN, stage, production)
I would like to know how other teams organize their work.
At the moment we have:
- 5 developers (backend and frontend) - usually sit in the office but I would like to give mobility
- Komodo IDE
- RapidSVN
- MODx CMF for online projects
All work on the development server and synchronize the changed files from the local server to the server before commit. Then we manually build the assembly on production. I consider that it is impossible to think up a worse process - the dismissed admin thought otherwise.
