So, today I would like to promote a small but proud startup: owely.com designed to help convey your thoughts to others.

So, what is the Ovli. This is a service for quick and easy sharing of screenshots. It is designed to help in communication between software developers, communication with the customer, and in general, give the opportunity with minimal effort to describe and transfer to another person what is happening on your screen.


So, what opportunities does this service provide us:

1. Hotkey or from the context menu to make a screenshot of the screen / area / window
2. Make notes on the screen with a marker, or add text annotations
3. Add a title and text description to the screenshot.
4. Immediately get a link to the screenshot published on the web

Some things are difficult or impossible to describe with words, and such a manipulation with screenshots would cause us to juggle a whole bundle of programs. Now all this is done in three steps:

On the site itself, screenshots can be published in various services, edit, comment, receive codes for insertion and so on.

First you need to register on the site, then download the client program. And then ... Screenshot-screenshot-screenshot!

What is now:

Startup at an early stage. The client is provided with very basic features (described above) and the version is only under Windows. But the port under Mac and Linux is not far off.

Why all this?

Ovli does not plan to be a killer startup and capture the world. It is intended only to simplify life and automate routine operations that some of us are coming to do many times a day.
