Which video / audio RSS reader to chose?

Addicted, thanks to Habrahabr, to listening to podcasts, until today I listened / watched them in a flash player, but it became tiresome. The audio player is too small and impractical, and on the online video I do not always have enough channel width. Therefore, I wondered to find such a software which would be to me at night / during idle time I downloaded the podcasts I specified for later viewing. The first thing I tried to install iTunes, but apparently knowing my skepticism about apples, the program did not start. It did not start at all. Its processes are in memory but nowhere is its window. After a short jog on download.com, a Noopod program was found that can download audio and video. All is good, but it hurts miserable. No settings, what and when to download. There is no limit on download speed. In general, too simple a tool. In addition to technical flaws, this program also looks poor.

Please tell me something good for WinXP that can download audio / video podcasts on a schedule and during a channel downtime. Able to limit download speed and knew how to download. It is advisable that I understand (show, the interface is better than English) Russian (although not necessarily, I read the texts in Google Reader).
