Interactive logo?

It looks like a new feature has been added to the design of the main page. In addition to the fact that the new design element brings diversity to the ascetic design of the page, it is apparently also intended to “reclaim” the users of the resource.



It is a sin to admit my ignorance, trying in vain to remember who the Edvard Munch is and what is he famous for, but I didn’t know anything except “this seems to be a psycho artist suffering from agrophobia”.
