Translation into Russian, as MS sees it

I usually use the English version of the MSDN site, but today I switched to Russian and was horrified:

To start using managed newsgroups, select the available newsgroups in the list of newsgroups below. You can choose from a web browser or NNTP-based Network News Transfer Protocol-based news reader such as Microsoft Outlook Express.
