Greetings to all. Not so long ago, my wife and I had the first wedding anniversary and I made her the first gift with my own hands. I decided to share the idea and its implementation, there is still time until March 8 :) I will not describe the whole evolution and the cause-and-effect part of my decision, but it turned out just that way. For its production, a prototyping board was required (in our backwater, the largest board was 130x170, made on a hot-wire, which is not ice), 8 mm LEDs on the outer contour and for "inscriptions", everything else from the NM5050 set is a New Year star . If there is a programmer for the same Atmel attiny13, then the cost will be lower ( firmware ). Inclusion scheme: R4 and R5 were removed from it, R1 is selected individually, depending on the number of LEDs in the chain, it is convenient to carry out the calculation here . The voltage regulator LM7805 provides 5V, the diode VD1 serves to protect against polarity reversal, capacitors as power filters. The LEDs are included in the chains in series of 4 pieces, the chains are connected in parallel and connected to the keys of transistors Q1 and Q2. I made the power supply from the D-Link PSU (7.5V 1A, but gave out 10.4 V), you can make a mobile version on the crown. The ideal solution for the case would be a box with tinted glass, so that only the light of the diodes was visible (the idea was lumenous ), but I limited myself to the 13x18 photo frame (liquid nails to help). Video how it works:
Instead of a layout, it will be more technological to make a piece of PCB by spreading the board in advance, but this is if there is a drill, otherwise there will be pornography on the back side. If you choose exactly the layout, I advise you to think IMMEDIATELY how everything will be turned on and DIRECTLY attach the LED and solder all the wires to its legs. I first soldered all the elements, then I connected the LEDs into chains of 4 pieces each, at the ends of which there were unclosed wires, which I then connected together, in the end it turned out not quite neatly. The most important thing for you is not to hear in response, “It would be better to present the boots” :) I did not hear :)
