Get inspired with InspireMe

Today the inspiring project InspireMe is exactly one month old . In honor of this small, but significant date, we want to tell you how InspireMe was created, what it was created for and how it can be useful to you.

The right, working mood for a designer is a great thing. Someone is inspired by favorite music, someone likes to flip through designer blogs and portfolios, some prefer to read interesting interviews or articles. There are even people whom the photograph of the mother-in-law or the life-size model of the battleship Bismarck, standing on the table, leads to creative delight.
But, unfortunately, most inspirational things act only once or twice, after which they cease to excite the creative soul and have to spend time finding something new and interesting.
One day, after the new year, Yaroslav Birzul ( DezmASter ) became fascinated with the theme of inspiration, began to explore how interesting and unusual pictures and articles affect his working mood. He began to share some of these materials with his readers on Twitter. Soon, Jaroslav met with Farid Rafikov ( formazon ). Farid was fascinated by the same ideas, but went a little different way. He made up collections of inspiring carings that he shared with friends (several times he even put them on Habr , you probably remember them). The guys decided to join forces, and the project InspireMe was born. Soon they were joined by copywriter Sergei Korol ( Devilofdesign ). Three of these guys are currently authors and editors of the InspireMe project.
Well, now about what InspireMe is. This is a project for designers, photographers, artists, journalists, all those who are stuck halfway in the process of work, those who need urgent emotional recharge and a portion of inspiration. In essence, InspireMe is a blog that creates the right, creative mood.
Every day we take in our hands spades, nets and fishing rods, sit on the shores of the Internet and begin to catch inspirational interesting things out of it. Everything we catch is sorted, if necessary - we translate into a great and mighty one, and immediately, fresh, we deliver our readers to the table. We publish
great illustrations and sketches, compile collections of logos, draw out inspiration secrets from the best designers, look for and find class photos and videos.
We tried to integrate InspireMe into all web services that we could reach. You can read us on RSS , follow our announcements on Twitter , we publish our collections in LJ communities and even started a contact group. In short, readers can be inspired as they feel comfortable.
InspireMe is as open as possible for communication, we are happy when readers offer us a topic for future publication, comment on our posts or just write their feedback and suggestions.
We try to constantly develop our project.
