Lyapy on the website “Tverskoy, 13” appeared right after the editorial board refused to cooperate with the firm that had previously provided the website tver13.ru to the newspaper. As soon as Tverskaya, 13 left this site, for the beginning, “warning” letters and “hinting” phone calls went to the editorial office. We were hinted that it would be nice to pay compensation - only some hundred thousand rubles.
According to the editors, the situation was corrected by the intervention of the “K” department of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate.
