The Internet Community of Kyrgyzstan is being created.

On February 13-14, a public council was created under the flag of the association of the Internet community of Kyrgyzstan. The task of which is one, the development of the Kyrgyz Internet, creating an institution of self-regulation.
In Kyrgyzstan, there have been repeated attempts to designate Internet resources as media, equating Internet sites to media, owners will have to close forums and comments, which of course will negatively affect the attendance and activity of the resource.
Combining users, government representatives, owners of web resources, providers and hosting companies, solve the problems of the relationship between them. Self-regulation of the Internet means development of the Internet environment of Kyrgyzstan without state intervention, which often, when passing laws to combat illegal content, threatens the development of the entire Internet segment.
