At one time, thanks to Habra, I met the guys from the Kiev UFO company could not recognize the link and after some time joined their team.
Since then I participated in various good and interesting projects. About one of them today will tell.
Our main profile is advertising on the mobile Internet . Once we decided to take a break from advertising and launch a mobile browser game.
As it turned out, even taking into account our experience and capabilities, it is not so easy to do. If in terms of advertising, there were practically no problems (after all, advertising is our main profile), then with monetization everything is more complicated: you need to invent and adjust various payment methods that would be convenient and beneficial for players, etc.
It happened, as it usually happens, not quite what was originally planned. We planned to make a game, and came up with a game platform mGates .


The meaning of the project is to create a unified environment for players and developers of mobile online games.

The first ones get interesting games, common currency in all games and many other useful things (chat rooms, forums, support - everything is like in large MMORPGs).
Developers get a wide and un spoiled audience, a flexible income distribution system and a sane API. In other words, developers do not need to think about advertising or monetization.
You can focus directly on the development of the game. The rest is ours.

In November last year, we launched in beta mode. We tested, refined, optimized for several months, and finally everything is ready, everything works. Hooray!

Thanks to our friends, at the moment, three full-fledged online games are available to users of the mGates portal, in which more than eighty thousand people have already been played since the start of beta testing.

In the near future, we expect an increase in the number of games and a growing audience of players.
We invite studios and independent developers who want to try their hand at the mobile entertainment market.
We will be glad if our project will help the habra people to promote and monetize their startups.
