Briefly about a startup
One of the founders of a startup at the time of writing his thesis often had to travel from Berlin to St. Gallen and back. At the same time, he constantly took several books with him for work, since at that time there was not a single normal online library. Actually out of this problem, a PaperC startup has arisen, with the goal of providing as much as possible specialized (including on IT) literature, for free access online.
All books are available for free viewing, you can bookmark, tag, add quotes. You have to pay for additional services, such as: printing, saving, online change of the page of the book. Additional service costs 10 euro cents per page. For Germany, in general, the normal price, usually a copy or a printout of the page, costs as much in the copy. On the other hand, students usually get a discount (price 3-5 cents per copy).
