After last.fm, having surrendered to the requirements of the greedy rightholders, deprived us of the possibility of free use of its very interesting and enjoyable service, a certain vacuum was formed in this area. Although, free access to the last.fm API, on the one hand, and the availability of necessary and, so far, free content on Vkontakte, on the other hand, gave hope that someone would twist these things together and we will get free, last.fm -like radio. In fairness, it is worth noting that there were attempts. But the proposed solutions did not suit me, because, as a rule, they were monstrous combines-players with a bunch of not always intelligible settings, but I just wanted to make a convenient radio, with scrobling and a minimum of functions.
