Visas for startups

Senators John Kerry and Richard Lugar officially unveiled The Startup Visa Act in Washington. This is a draft amendment to America’s immigration law that will allow any entrepreneur who has opened a new startup to easily obtain an EB-5 visa and without much delay to immigrate to the United States. As you know, it was immigrants who founded many successful American startups, including Google, Intel, Yahoo and eBay.



The only condition for obtaining a visa is to have an investor ready to invest at least $ 250,000 in a startup.
