Business in the style of surf: website development for IT-companies

We finished the site for the product "Dasoft" - the development of the software company of the same name. We want to share a story about the process of work.

Dasoft Company is a developer of a business management system (document flow, warehouse, assignment of tasks and much more). Prior to contacting us, the main customers of Dasoft were government organizations. The company decided to expand the scope of activities and begin sales to commercial customers, primarily firms operating in the beauty industry. Product CA - entrepreneurs and top managers who have built a successful business. They need control over the work of the company, including remote, and saving personal time.

Sales of Dasoft are built primarily on personal communication. Managers of the company, having learned about the potential interest of the client, go to him and conduct a vivid presentation of the product's capabilities, clearly showing what can be improved in the business with the help of Dasoft. The site serves as a sales support tool, a continuation of the conversation, so already at the TZ stage we focused on the image, not the technical side of the product.

Working on the concept of the project, we conducted a search within the framework of the idea of ​​remote control and liberation from “office slavery” in the circle of associations “ascent, freedom, travel, dream”. After approval of the concept, we started to create a logo and website.

As a result, we settled on a variant reminiscent of warm and distant countries.

Character

The main figure of our show has become a generalizing image of a successful business owner who has a dream. This is a kind of projection. The site visitor recognizes himself in this person and understands that he, too, does not have to spend all his time in the office, that the possibility of change is near - you just have to reach out.

After the approval of the general style, the character search was the longest stage of the work. It was necessary to find the exact expression of the face, posture, clothing, props. But after the correct image was found, the work went like clockwork.

Icons

The situations in which it is possible to work with Dacoft are clearly shown using icons. The home sofa turns into a secret headquarters, rest in the sauna is combined with operational control, any airport becomes a study, and the surf on the Great Barrier Reef is not an obstacle to business. Developments are underway even for those who are going to space in the near future.

On the one hand, the conversation goes with respectable business people. On the other hand, the site offers a dream of comfort and freedom. Hence the combination of a strict dark background, a clear structure and vivid illustrations in the style of the site.

Character, office status

In combination, character, icons, navigation elements and the main page space itself help us engage the visitor and show that new opportunities literally hover in the air. In order to learn about them, the visitor needs to take an active part in the process - move the cursor over the icons. The simplicity of this action tells the client that using Dasoft and getting the joy of working is almost as simple as clicking a mouse.

The constantly changing character is shown in various situations combining relaxation and control over business.

On the product page, a visitor to the site receives comprehensive information about what Dasoft is, what are its features, as well as what business opportunities and life improvements are possible with its help. The sequence of submission of information repeats the offline sales scheme. The story about the product gradually brings the client to the desire to work with Dasoft.

The page "About the Company" in a visual form tells about the areas of business for which the product is offered, and also demonstrates the company's previous experience - working with government agencies.
