So far, the application from the Softkey company is being carried out just perfectly - I quickly receive clear letters, where everything is clearly written what needs to be done next. And the most important letter - the payment arrived on the account.

Great, I think I'll go put a teapot, but until I get a license for the post. Yeah, schaz! It turns out that they wrote everything very correctly - from 2 to 4 days delivery. Moreover,% username%, you understand that in our conditions such a phrase in practice means - no less than 4 days!

As a result, yesterday I called Softkey and asked me to figure out why so far nothing has been delivered to me. Unfortunately, the manager was not able to clearly explain to me the reasons for this delay (4 days!) With sending the license to e-mail. Then I asked to cancel my order, since the product is no longer relevant - I have already solved my task in a different way.

Explain to me what I did wrong? Maybe my expectations are too high? Well, it does not fit in my head payment with electronic money, "fully automated ordering and shipment of online licenses" - and at the same time 4 days of waiting for a license by email!
