Recommendations: adding and removing

There was such an idea:
It would be convenient to recommend the company in another way, for example:
open the profile of Habrachelovek, click on the recommendations -> next to each recommended company or product draw a plus sign (or pen, as in the headings of companies), when clicked, the company is added to its list.

And to remove a company -> the same thing only with a minus sign ...
