Ruby and Rails Barcamp 3 will be held in Kiev on March 20

We invite you to take part in the third Ruby and Rails Barcamp, which will be held in Kiev on March 20.

To improve the quality of the program, it was decided to introduce a voting procedure for the reports.
Now to become a lecturer of barcamp it is necessary to fill out a short questionnaire before February 28.
Then the list of applications will be put to an open vote, and the program of the barcamp will include those reports that will have a greater number of votes.

The speakers of the first, second and third BarCamps will receive an invitation to the first Kiev Ruby Conf, which will be held in September 2010.

At the moment, 20 people have announced their participation. Most participants would like to discuss issues related to the release of the third version of Rails. In particular, they are interested in performance issues, differences from the second version.
