Withdraw WMZ to Webmoney Dinero card

At the end of December, I noticed that I could not withdraw WMZ to the Payoneer card. Tech Support reported the following:

Due to changes in Payoneer's internal rules, the replenishment of cards issued by Payoneer has been discontinued. All cards remain valid for use until the expiration date indicated on the card (expiration date). Payoneer cardholders ordered via WebMoney card service can order a Dinero Prepaid service card free of charge until December 31, 2009.

It should be noted that there were no notifications on the e-mail. This moment angered me, because before that I spent a lot of time fussing with Payoneer. And then it was quietly disconnected and if I woke up a week and a half later, I would have to pay again for the Dinero card. I received the following reply to my comment:

Yesterday, two months later, a letter arrived with a Webmoney Dinero card (Sweden is in the return address). It is noteworthy that it came in two parts - a printed envelope with a card and a sealed envelope with a PIN code (in theory, it should have been inside). The addressee, postmarks and return address are indicated on both envelopes. I didn’t bother at that moment and just changed the PIN code when the card was activated.

Today I tried to withdraw money. Remembering the experience of withdrawing from a Payoneer card, I immediately went to PrivatBank (all other banks refused to give me a cash from a foreign bank card). Brought normal. Then he came home, looked at the remaining balance, pribaldel strongly and sat down to count.

It turns out to withdraw WMZ through this card in $ you need to pay 7.3% + 2.5 $ :
0.8% webmoney fee for transfer
0.5% (min $ 2) charges Dinero for crediting funds
3% + 2.5 $ Dinero commission for cash withdrawals at other banks and ATMs (this commission was not in Payoneer)
3% at PrivatBank

Not happy somehow such a percentage. I sit here and think where I can use this card ... Unless on the Internet to pay.
