Recently, the news appeared information about the release of
SIMFi - SIM-card with Wi-Fi through which an ordinary mobile phone can be turned into a router. And the other day, Koreans from SK Telecom pleased with a prototype SIM-card with 1 GB of memory, a processor and a built-in Android platform.

The manufacturer claims that such a "SIM" is useful for transferring all user data from one phone to another. The SIM card supports USB 2.0 interface and, interestingly, it can be used in conjunction with a keyboard, mouse and other peripherals (I wonder how?).

Unfortunately, this miracle of technology is unlikely to get to mass production. SK Telecom, with its prototype, simply wants to show what technology miniaturization components are capable of today.
