Today I was lucky to use one of Microsoft products: Russian Evangelism.

Feelings were not the best.

There are a lot of comments under the cut. But before you read them, just think whether it is worth the impoliteness of everything that happens in the comments. Maybe you should not be rude to a person if he mistakenly addressed you with a question that is not in your competence?

Maybe at least a neutral reaction will be sufficient? I'm not talking about the fact that you could just redirect to the right people.

As a separate line, I don’t understand why an evangelist who receives his money, including my own blood of ~ 7000 p., Which I paid for 2 licenses for Windows 7, can generally behave in this way. Understand, I do not think that he is obliged to answer my question (by the way, I just wanted to find out from him why in the box with Windows 7 Home Basic there is no disk with 64bit version and where to get it ), but I think that this behavior is simply unacceptable.

So here it is - Russian evangelism, senseless and merciless.

And I wrote this all for what. The company's image is not from beautiful press releases, and it does not come from cases when the customer is good, but when the customer has a problem and he contacts the company for a solution.

Clients, they are. The bad is remembered better than the good. I remember well how I had been arguing with support for Microsoft for an hour and a half that I was not a pirate and begged them to send me the activation key so that Windows XP could be reinstalled a third time. After such humiliations, calling me there is not very pleasant. And I will remember this case too.

So, great clever uncles, or those who are going to become them, don’t be arrogant!
