Office GlobalLogic - the largest Ukrainian outsourcer
Today I decided to tell you about the office of the company where I work as a programmer. Of course, this is not Google , not Facebook, or even Twitter . Nevertheless, not a basement, which would be a shame to tell on Habré :)
GlobalLogic is a world-known outsourcing company with several offices located in Ukraine (Kiev, Lviv, Kharkov, Nikolaev). GL is a company that focuses on the production of turnkey products, but it is often engaged in classic outsourcing, completing some of the work from the entire project to order.
So, the company's Kiev office is located on two floors of the Protasov Business Park business center, not far from Protasov Yar and amateur ski slope.

Since the building has an elongated shape, it was decided to present the office in the form of an ordinary street, i.e. in the center - the road, on the sides of the road - negotiation and openspaces, in which the projects are:
How could I forget about the coffee corners ?!
These photos were taken almost a year ago. Since then, much has changed: they painted the road, added scooters, segway and other means of transportation, set up traffic lights, and even trolleybus wires were hung on the fifth floor.
The premises in which the projects sit - classic open spaces (open spaces) with partitions. The partitions are high enough to feel that you have your own space, but for asocial people will not do.
Meeting rooms are a separate article. They approached their interior very diligently, sparing neither imagination nor finances. The photos are only a small part:
And of course, we can mention our GL-club - a place where there is free kvass and popcorn, two billiard tables, PS3, Wii, a lot of simulators and a large projector. You can watch all this virtually wandering around the company . The GL-club is located to the left of the elevators :) More recent and high-quality photos are also available there.

In summary, I can say that it is pleasant to work in such an office. On some projects closely enough, but soon GL will occupy another floor ...
