Myst Online: Uru Live, back in the line

MMOAdventure Myst Online, interesting for its uniqueness, was revived again, like a phoenix from the ashes, and this time absolutely free of charge. For whom the above says nothing, I will explain. This project draws its history since 2003, this year the game Uru: Ages Beyond Myst came out, which includes the network part, and allows you to collectively solve puzzles, the game implied a paid subscription to play over the Internet, but the project was not widely spread therefore, it turned out to be financially unsuccessful, so in 2006 it was decided to freeze the project, which did not prevent the release of another 2 additions to the single-player part of the game. In 2007, GameTap, the game distributor, tried to revive the project under the name Myst Online: Uru Live, but unsuccessfully, the project again failed to pay for itself, and in 2008 it was closed again, while Cyan Worlds received the rights to its development. In late 2008, Cyan announced that they would soon make the project open, including the client and server parts. And on February 8, 2010, the server of this amazing game was launched, the project received the name "Myst Online: URU Live Again", as the developers assure that they are working on preparing the game to provide its sources to the general public, well, wait and see, and while on the game site you can already download a client, register , and try yourself as a researcher of the mysterious world built by the vanished civilization of D'ni. Also, developers accept contributions aimed at further development of the project.
