WeCU Technologies is building a scanner that reads reasonably and is able to tell whether a given traveler poses a potential threat - without the knowledge of the scanned one.
The company WeCU Technologies (the name is pronounced like "we see you", which in English means "we see you") creates a system that essentially turns the public places of airports into a huge reliability test room.
The system projects images onto screens at the airport - for example, characters belonging to a certain terrorist group, or other images that only a future terrorist can recognize, said the company's CEO, Ehud Givon.
The logic of the system is that people cannot but react (at least subtly) to familiar images that suddenly appear in an unfamiliar place. ')
If you walked around the airport and saw the portrait of the mother, Givon explained, then you could not help but respond.
He said that the reaction could be a sharply cast glance, a fast heartbeat, a nervous shudder, or faster breathing.
The WeCU system will also be used by people for surveillance, but will mainly rely on hidden cameras or hidden biometric sensors that can detect a small increase in body temperature and heart rate.
