The ruling party looks to electronic payments

I read today at MoneyNews that United Russia is planning to use electronic payments to collect membership fees and replenish election funds.

In the light of the increasing unhealthy interest of the authorities in e-commerce and online payments, connecting such a provider would be an excellent protection against unwarranted raids.

I imagined the logo with the Chairman of the party interface “Personal Cabinet QIWI» Yandex.Money or Webmoney :)
