Every tenth page is infected with Trojans

Google programmers analyzed 4.5 million web pages, and then found out that approximately 450 thousand of them were able to download "malicious" software (Trojans and viruses) without the knowledge of the user.

The code responsible for downloading “malicious” software is most often found in parts uncontrolled by site owners, for example, in advertising banners, traffic counters, calendars taken from third parties.

Very often, attackers use human weaknesses to lure the user. For example, they write in the links that having passed through them, you can download pornography, or software.

Google has already begun to identify web pages containing malicious software in order to create a dangerous area map of the Web. True, Google is now a member of StopBadware and already warns in search results of potentially dangerous sites.
