Often in life there are important events, the outcome of which we can not determine. And even worse, if we know exactly when these events should happen. The examples are very simple: the first exam at school, entering a university, an interview, a wedding ... and many more. Naturally, before these events we worry, sometimes even strongly, and sometimes even very strongly. Therefore, everyone finds his own method of dealing with experiences.
I would like to share my method.
The point is simple:
just imagine that you don't care . And that's all.
“But wait,” you say. - How does this work? I have a% eventname% tomorrow, and I’m sitting and doing nothing, as if I don’t care ??! ". Not. Not this way. You naturally continue to prepare for the upcoming event, in no case can not just sit and do nothing. That's not the point. You just need to imagine that the event has already passed, and it does not matter for you how it went. Good or bad - it does not matter, since it already happened. You just need to free yourself from feelings and stresses on a subconscious level, and this will make it much easier for you to prepare for the upcoming action.
Perhaps I didn’t come up with the method (I didn’t conduct searches on this), but it helps me a lot to cope with experiences, stressful situations and unexpected events.

And how do you cope with the experiences, habrachelovek?
