Many have probably heard about the
method of reading Ilya Frank for passive learning of foreign languages. It is especially good for increasing vocabulary.
About a year ago, I had the idea to create something similar with subtitles for video. As a prototype, I made
http://www.TalkLike.com In its admin part, you can record subtitles for video, which then are translated into any language supported by Google Translate. For example, you can watch a couple of videos with Obama

Now the domain is expiring, and I'm ready to just give it away and all the code in good hands (what is available now is written in Python on Google App Engine, and some JavaScript, of course). Only I will give as it is, without additional support :)
