Content Theft

Yesterday I discovered that a clone appeared (www.elektr.ru), which completely steals content from our project (www.elec.ru) by proxying, some of the data is cached. Moreover, the substitution of links and company name is made and an advertisement of the runner is inserted. ip of course was banned. Our project is registered as a news agency, and in this case there is a violation of the law “On Copyright”

Letters were sent to the hoster, runner and Yandex.

At the moment, only the runner answered, I quote:

“We are a company that is engaged in contextual advertising, and our functions do not include tracking content owners and checking the accuracy of information published on the websites of our partners.
Obviously, you need to contact directly the owners of this site or the company that provides them with hosting. ”

I answered them that I did not expect such an answer, here is their answer:

“You obviously should not write in support of a company that deals with Internet advertising, but a company that provides hosting for this site. Or provide us with a court decision that this site is stealing content, then we will block this affiliate program. ”

How do you propose to fight such clones?
