The reason for this is the insufficient capacity of existing networks that will not withstand the increased traffic. The fact is that the development of the network and the growth of new subscribers turned out to be much faster than the planned indicators. In a word, the new contract allows us to expect that this year the release of VoIP terminals will take place.
