How I blew domains from webnames

This is a post about how I barely took away thelegs of the domains from this wonderful registrar.
It was clear to everyone that since September this registrar, to put it mildly, has gone down: applications for registration hang for whole weekends, support does not respond (more precisely, responds) for weeks. From this it became clear to me that from a sinking ship I had to jump onto a boat or at least overboard.
I spent about 130 rubles for the whole operation: I certified the application with a notary (100 rubles for the CBRF tickets), I bought an envelope (a whole ruble for the Bank of Russia metal) and sent a custom (28 rubles for the signs of postage) to Samara, while not forgetting to scan a certified statement (this saved me ultimately) and the check that was given at the post office, it contained an N-digit code by which you can track the delivery process of “this my waste paper,” as the aunt said at the post office.
Mail worked quickly: the letter was sent on January 20 in the evening, and already 25 were already “handed to the addressee”.
Then the fun began.
On the 27th, I received a letter that required to confirm the data, otherwise my domains will not be released and may even be deleted, despite the fact that the data have already been confirmed and not one (5) time:
After that, the registrar stopped responding and for some reason the Samara telephone returned "busy" to each call.
I got tired of waiting around February 6th and I wrote a letter to the Coordination Center about this, sticking all the documents I have.
The answer came the next working day (February 8), according to my complaint a check was initiated.
Unbelievable, but it is a fact. But on February 9, theregistrar received a pin acceleration and answered all my tickets (and some even 2 times), released all the domains from the application.
